The outdoor pool is a great size, fully fenced, and very pretty – a real bonus for cooling off in the 100+ degree heat we experienced. Our room perfectly met our family of four's needs, offering plenty of space, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well to keep us comfortable. The staff were consistently patient, helpful, and friendly, which always makes a big difference. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast; it offered delicious waffles and other options, and was well-stocked even right before the end of breakfast hours. We also found a couple of great restaurants nearby for other meals.

This hotel was right off the highway. I was a little concerned about traffic, but it was very quiet and peaceful. It was right next to a great little Mexican restaurant, so I could walk to dinner. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fair, but did have some hot offerings. The staff was very friendly and receptive.

Room was very quiet during our stay, midweek. Breakfast was as expected for hotel breakfast. Very clean and nicely laid out. Kept well stocked. Exceptionally friendly staff at checkin and breakfast. For overnight travel, our stay was perfect! New cosmetic improvements to building and rooms was apparently under way, making everything fresh and bright.

Price was great and access to nearby Petrified Forest was also great. The breakfast was good and the restaurant next door (Bienvenidos) was convenient and tasty for dinner! Pool was a fun area, staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was nice! We were pleasantly surprised. Recommend for a couple nights in Holbrook.

Perfect hotel for visiting Petrified Forest National Park. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was very good with several hot options, like waffles. Bananas were perfect so I had a toasted English muffin topped with peanut butter and sliced banana. There was good coffee with half n half or flavored cream. Our room's heater/ac unit had a setting where the fan would run all night with neither heat nor AC. That was perfect for us.

I really liked that I could park my car in front of my room, the doors had multiple locks, and the staff were super friendly. The staff made my long road trip much more enjoyable. Plus the breakfast selection was fairly decent!

Room was quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful when questioned. Facilities are not new, but they seem to be doing their best with what they have. A good choice for inexpensive room in this tourist-heavy location.
